How to make $600 in 6 minutes Slipstreaming

3 weeks ago I read this story of how a guy generated $600 in 6 minutes using a technique called slipstreaming.

May be of interest to some or a poor feeble first attempt to share the little i know….anyway here goes.

How did he do it?

Well, he saw that TMZ.com was running a story, and the comments were
blowing up. Google trends was showing a massive surge in searches and
it made sense to throw something up on PPC.

The landing page took about 10 minutes to make.

The offer was pretty easy to pick out, since the guy’s a rapper he just
chose a ringtone freebie CPA.

Put up these ads on google and YSM:

Here’s his stats (for 6-10 minutes):

Impressions: 3,679
CLicks: 1,067
CTR: 29%
CPL: $2.75
Leads: 221
Conversion%: 20%
Spend: $128

after reading this I started to use google trends and found that I’m able to generate up to a 1000 unique visitors in a day while the keyword is hot.

Example being jennifer love Hewitt was the keyword that went to number 1 for 12 hours on google trends. I created a story ( a re-hash of 3 other stories) submitted to now-public and digg and had the webpage listed number 2 for the jennifer love hewitt keyword within 40 minutes.

Add adsense and a video and keep an eye on google trends for your next keyword.

Simple but effective to date.

Make Money With Parked Domains

1# buy 4-5 domains (.INFO is fine). you want these domains to be adult, but not too adult (so that you can use adult keywords but they do not seem adult). for example, MYCUTIEPIX.INFO would be good and similar names

2# park your domains… wherever u want. parked adult keywords can pay $0.5 – $2.

3# get 3-5 throwaway msn accounts. hit ALL the chatrooms you can… meebo, jackinchat, erocity etc. post like a whore telling guys that want a lil more interaction to add you to msn at your msn accounts. you can get maybe 10 – 50 ads per hour if you do this on ONE chat room, what i do is keep multiple windows open. i managed 1k users after the first day.

4# download Msn Plus (http://www.msgplus.net/). install a cuteish looking chick picture as your msn display pic

5# setup a series of messages when someone contacts you (you can do this with MSN plus). for example, “hey” second reply “are you looking for fun, asl? do you have a pic?” third reply “you can find a pic of me on this page (URL to parked domain)”. 90% of the people that see your auto responders will click on one of the ads on your parked page.

How To Make Money with Google Natural Search

I have shown you how search traffic has increased significantly since Google let me back into their search engine. With this post, I want to show you one of the ways I’ve been monetizing this new traffic.

Ramped Reviews Case Study

Ramped Reviews is an ebook written by Robb Sutton on how to start a review site or blog, get free stuff to review and make a lot of money at it. I wrote the review back on July 10 and sold quite a few copies. However, like most blogs, once the post goes off the front page, sales goes to pretty much nothing because no one checks the archives.

Shortly after writing the review on Ramped Reviews, Google let me back into their index. This resulted in me ranking for the phase “how to start a review blog” and other related keywords.

Mind you, there wasn’t enough search volume from this set of keywords to bring any significant traffic. A check of the Google AdWords keyword tools shows it doesn’t have enough data to tell me how many times each month that phase is searched. However, my Google Analytics showed that between July 16 to today (July 31), Google sent 35 visitors who were searching for information on how to start a review blog to the Ramped Review post. This was the result.

Four visitors went on to purchased a copy of Ramped Review, with the latest sale coming in at 12:52am on July 31. Now, $80 of eBook sales isn’t anything to write home about but look at it this way. The review is up and indexed by Google, which is sending it enough traffic to generate four sales in two weeks. If this trend holds, it will make $160 a month in Ramped Review sales. That’s $1,920 a year from one blog post!

As I’ve stated, “how to start a review blog” isn’t a highly searched phases (it’s very targeted however). To make good money, you need to target keywords and phases with more volume and send them to an matching affiliate offer. Something like this.
